Part Day Program

Welcome To Part Day Program Part Day Program has many opportunities for your children. PDP reflects the philosophy of NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children). We recognize the importance of accepting children as individuals; each with unique strengths and talents. Our program strives to create a positive and nurturing environment which fosters what self-confidence, a joy of learning, positive communication, body awareness and the ability to make choices and decisions. These skills will benefit the children and the world in which they live. In doing so, we see our role as building and facilitating children’s experiences, rather than directing. Hours of Operation: Hourly Care (Mighty Moose) (6 weeks-12years) 0800-1600 open Monday-Friday. Drop in care for up to five hours per day. We take reservations up to two weeks in advance and charge $4.00 per hour for the first child and $3.20 per hour for each additional child. Please call 384-1510 for reservation. Penguins (Preschool) Ages 3-5 years 0600-1730 Monday-Friday: this program is open year round and on training holidays for verified duty. Kindergarten (Timberwolves) 0600-0900 (Before School Care) 1530-1730 (After School Care)
The following programs operate in conjunction with the Anchorage School district calendar and are closed for training holidays, winter break and spring break.
